User Experience Designer

Duruper is looking for a passionate User Experience Designer to join our team in Bengaluru.

As a Junior UX Designer, you will support the design and development of intuitive, user friendly digital experiences. You’ll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and translate them into impactful designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability tests

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mock-ups

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements

- Conduct basic usability evaluations and analyse user feedback

- Contribute to the design system and UI documentation

- Support preparation of design presentations and client demos

- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends and best practices

Mandatory Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

- Basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methods

- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
