You will gather requirements, plan design engagements, and ensure design quality and coherence across the product. We value great taste, intuition, and designers who can take the shot like an artist—deciding fast and delivering right without getting stuck on perfection when progress is needed.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements, and plan design engagements.

Ensure design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.

Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.

Collaborate, conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and iterate based on insights.

Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions proactively.

Job requirements

3 to 5 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies (startup or fintech experience is a major bonus).

Expert-level understanding of design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.

Strong collaborative skills to work alongside cross-functional teams.

Brownie points for a tech mindset, cross-platform design experience, knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, and mastery of micro-interactions (Principle, AfterEffects, ProtoPie).
