Constelli Signals is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for defense and mission-critical applications. The role involves close collaboration with product teams, developers, and clients to design effective solutions for complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for defence and mission-critical applications
- Convert complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create and maintain design systems with strong visual consistency
- Design data-rich dashboards and complex operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, domain experts, and clients
- Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews, and user feedback sessions
- Apply strong product thinking and UX best practices to solve challenging problems
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design efficiency and quality
Job requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing structured thinking and high-fidelity UI work
- Excellent proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of design systems and modern UI principles
- Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
