Urban Company is hiring a Social Content & Growth Intern to build a category’s organic social funnel from 0→1. This isn’t a typical “make Reels” internship. You’ll tackle real problems: - What kind of content actually builds trust and gets someone to book a service? - How do we turn that into a repeatable growth engine? You’ll own experiments, analyse data, and figure out what works.

As a Social Content & Growth Intern at Urban Company in Gurugram, you will build and optimise the organic social media funnel for a new service category. You will create engaging content (Reels, carousels, posts) that builds trust and drives bookings, design and run experiments, analyse performance data, iterate quickly, and develop repeatable growth systems. You will work closely with the team to align social efforts with business goals in a high-ownership 0→1 environment.

Job requirements
- Prior experience creating content (personal page, creator account, startup, freelance, or side projects with proven impact)
