We're looking for a motivated and creative Product Design Intern to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our product leads and gain hands-on experience turning user insights into thoughtful design solutions. Your work will contribute to simplifying the visa application journey and improving the overall user experience across our website and app.

Responsibilities

Run discovery phases with users, help define product requirements, and test prototypes or hypotheses to gather structured feedback.

  • Collaborate closely with the product manager to understand requirements and create detailed designs aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Establish and implement a streamlined end-to-end creative flow on the website and app to optimize the user visa experience.
  • Document key creative and production processes to ensure easy access and efficient workflow development across internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to the mission, including a willingness to align with fast-paced startup operations (typically 10 hours per day).

Job requirements

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Proven track record of making operational contributions at both strategic and tactical levels (via case studies, freelance, or academic projects).
  • Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes, and workflows for creative operations.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to audit workflows and structure them clearly into presentation deck formats.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product, tech, and creative teams to achieve project goals.
