You will work closely with senior team members to translate briefs into thoughtful visual outcomes, while building a strong foundation in craft, process, and contemporary design practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating visual assets across digital, print, and social platforms.

Translate briefs and feedback into clear, well-crafted design outputs.

Support the Lead Designer on day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.

Prepare layouts, presentations, and basic design systems.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all work.

Participate in reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.

Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design processes.

Job requirements

0–2 years of experience, internships, or relevant academic projects in design.

A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, visual thinking, and curiosity.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.

Understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition.

Willingness to learn, take direction, and refine craft through feedback.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
