Entry-Level Product Designer (UX/UI)
The Asia Group is seeking an entry-level Product Designer to support the design and development of our AI-powered product ecosystem. The designer will primarily contribute to scoped areas of the product (initially our custom content management system), helping translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces. This execution-focused role requires strong asynchronous collaboration skills, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across time zones.

Job description
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on defined product requirements. You will support the design of internal-facing tools, iterate based on feedback, collaborate with engineers for implementation, and conduct lightweight usability testing. Note: Requires working shift hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (evening hours in India).
