We’re seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to join Jar’s Gold team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, eventually owning the overall revenue for Jar. In this role, you will leverage data-driven strategies to identify growth opportunities, implement innovative tactics, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be in charge of developing comprehensive growth plans, aligning strategic initiatives with key performance indicators, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve KPIs such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data insights and experimentation frameworks.
  • Build and manage the growth roadmap to align with company objectives.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and funnel optimizations to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate results and inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and marketing.
  • Align growth initiatives with business priorities and advocate for data-driven strategies.
  • Educate teams on growth best practices and frameworks.

Experimentation & Innovation

  • Create and test hypotheses to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Identify innovative growth tactics that align with market trends and customer behavior.

Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop performance marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and content initiatives.
  • Partner with product teams to enhance user experience, improve onboarding flows, and drive engagement.
  • Explore new acquisition channels, viral growth loops, and referral programs.

Job requirements

Bachelors in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

  • 3-5 years of growth experience in ecommerce, food apps, mobility apps, content platforms, FMCG, start up organizations.
  • Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Love for problem solving & impact orientation.
  • Ability to multi task & break down any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved.
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good to have: working experience with analytics tools (Data Studio, Clevertap, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
