This role would be part of the marketing function, anchoring all paid digital marketing channels, and driving traffic to the website by deeply understanding and analyzing the user journey. You will evaluate traffic from different marketing channels and optimize it in conjunction with the overall business strategy, analyzing user behavior, drop-offs, and conversion paths to scale performance metrics effectively.

Responsibilities

Drive high-performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, Google, and Snapchat.

3–5 years of agency experience in performance marketing, with strong, proven expertise across Google and Meta channels.

  • Strong experience in building creative strategies, visual ad approaches, and cross-platform copy optimization.
  • Good understanding of handling digital platforms like LinkedIn Ads and X.
  • Good-to-have: Prior exposure to digitally scaling luxury or premium products (e.g., premium credit cards, high-value travel, hospitality, or consideration-heavy consumer products).
